Since the ground breaking of Eastside Square on December 14th, there has some major progress with the second phase of Eastside Square. Construction continues to be underway and as one passes East Main, you will be able to see the project progress. When completed there will be six one and two-bedroom, mixed-income, affordable and energy-efficient housing units, and 1,800 square feet of commercial space. The first of three planned Eastside Square buildings is scheduled to be completed by November 2023.
